The Moose Jaw market right now

Moose Jaw doesn’t publish its own monthly benchmark price, but the Swift Current-Moose Jaw economic region it belongs to reported sales above its 10-year average in June 2026, part of a province-wide run that saw Saskatchewan post 1,849 residential sales, up five per cent year-over-year, and a new record provincial benchmark price of $385,900. Months of supply fell to 2.51 across Saskatchewan, among the tightest conditions on record for June.

Strong regional demand on top of record provincial prices means Moose Jaw-area homeowners are renewing into a very different market than at their last term, and roughly 1.15 million Canadian mortgages come up for renewal nationally in 2026. Brokers here need fulfillment capacity that scales with a busy regional market and a systematic way to flag their own renewing clients before a call centre does.
