Treadstone Associates
Engage · AI growth engine for Canadian brokers

The next deal is hiding in the book you already own.

Every night, Engage re-reads your entire client book against that day's rates — and every morning it hands you a ranked call list: who's coming up for renewal, who can save thousands by switching, and what each conversation is worth in dollars. You just pick up the phone.

The problem

You're sitting on six figures of renewals. The bank is calling them first.

A Canadian broker's best prospects aren't strangers — they're the clients already in the book. But nobody has time to re-underwrite hundreds of files by hand every week, so the renewals and switch-and-save deals slip away quietly, one retention letter at a time.

01

Renewals slip by in silence

The lender's retention letter lands about six months out — polished, personal, and right on time. With roughly 60% of Canadian mortgages renewing by the end of 2026, whoever calls first wins. If that isn't you, you're invisible.

02

Rate gaps go unnoticed

Rates move every week. Somewhere in your book right now, a client's switch-and-save math — penalty included — just turned profitable. Without re-pricing every file constantly, you have no way of knowing which one.

03

Outreach eats your evenings

Reviewing files, running penalty math, writing a genuinely personal email — that's hours per client. So it doesn't happen, the book goes cold, and this month's income depends on new leads you have to pay for.

How it works

You go home. Engage clocks in.

One 10-minute connection, then every day starts with a ranked call list. Here's a night in the life of your book.

1 Once · about 10 minutes

Connect your book, read-only

A read-only sync with Finmo, Velocity or Scarlett pulls in every client — rates, terms, renewal dates. No migration, no data entry, and Engage never writes anything back to your CRM.

Radar re-underwrites your entire book

While you sleep, Opportunity Radar re-prices every file against that night's rates — renewal windows, rate gaps, prepayment-penalty math — and ranks every client by what a phone call is actually worth in dollars.

Your call list is waiting with your coffee

The Daily Digest lands with who to call, in what order, and the dollar reason why. Every name carries an AI Call Prep brief and a one-click email drafted in your voice — each draft simply waits in your queue until you review it and hit send.

Your book, ranked by who to call first

Radar scores every client, every night — renewal windows, rate gaps, penalty math — and attaches a real dollar figure to each opportunity. No guessing, no spreadsheets: your highest-value call is always sitting at the top of the list, with the reason why beside it.

AI Call Prep

Click a client, get a one-page brief: file history, current rate, savings math, talking points. Walk into every call already ahead of the bank's retention desk.

AI Outreach

One click drafts a personalized email in your voice — the client's numbers, their situation, your sign-off. Every draft waits in your queue; you review it and decide what goes out.

Rate-Drop Watchlist

Not profitable to switch today? Watchlist it. The day the math turns in your client's favour, Engage moves them onto your call list and tells you exactly why.

Daily Digest

One morning email with everything new: fresh opportunities, watchlist triggers, upcoming renewals. Read it with your coffee — know your whole day by 7:35.

Client Reports

Automated, branded monthly savings reports go to clients under your name — co-brandable with referral partners. They see the value you're watching for, and stay loyal between deals.

Dead-simple by design

No dashboards to babysit, no new CRM to learn. If you can read an email and make a phone call, you can run Engage. That's the whole point.

AI Underwriting: a full file review in minutes, not days.

Engage's newest capability lets Canadian mortgage brokers and agents underwrite files in a fraction of the time and cost of an in-house underwriter — income and document review, condition-ready packaging, and lender-fit checks, built around Canadian guidelines.

  • Underwrite a file in a fraction of the time — and the cost
  • Built for Canadian files: OSFI B-20 stress test, insurer rules, provincial nuances
  • For brokers, agents and teams — scale files without scaling headcount

The outcome

The math of one good morning.

Every opportunity Radar surfaces is a real conversation with a real dollar figure attached. A client saves thousands; you fund the deal that was about to walk back to the bank. That trade repeats all year.

Example: Melissa's renewal is 62 days out. Radar flags a 0.65% gap — $6,120/yr in her pocket if she switches, even after the penalty. You call Tuesday morning with the brief in hand. She was never going to shop around on her own. Now she doesn't have to.

The math is simple. One funded deal is worth roughly $2,500+ in commission. Engage costs you $0. The first deal it surfaces from the book you already own is pure upside — and so is every deal after that.

Questions

Engage, answered.

Is Engage really free? What's the catch?+

Really free: $0, unlimited clients, and the entire platform — Radar, call prep, outreach, reports, team view — with no credit card anywhere in signup. Treadstone is building Engage with Canada's sharpest brokers, and would rather have the first 500 inside the product shaping it than behind a paywall. The only ask is honest feedback.

Will Engage start charging later?+

One day, new customers will likely pay. Founding brokers won't: if you're among the first 500, your account stays free for life, at any book size. That's the entire point of getting in early.

Is my client data safe?+

Engage connects to your CRM read-only — it can see your book but never change it. Every client-facing email is drafted for you and held for your review; you decide what goes out and when. Data is handled in line with PIPEDA, and if you ever disconnect, your data leaves with you.

What happens as my book grows?+

Still free. 500 clients or 10,000 — a household counts once, co-borrowers aren't double-counted, and archived contacts don't count against anything either. A bigger book just gives Radar more places to find your next deal.

How is Engage different from Treadstone's fulfillment service?+

Fulfillment is Treadstone's done-for-you human team that processes and packages your deals end to end. Engage is software: an AI growth engine that works your existing book and, with AI Underwriting, reviews files in minutes. Many brokers run both — Engage finds the deal, fulfillment closes it.
