The Prince Albert market right now

Prince Albert does not get its own monthly price release, but it sits inside a province posting some of the tightest housing conditions in the country. Saskatchewan recorded 1,849 residential sales in June 2026, up five per cent year-over-year and more than 18 per cent above the 10-year average, while the provincial residential benchmark price hit a new record of $385,900 — nearly five per cent higher than a year earlier. Months of supply fell to 2.51, among the lowest ever recorded for June.

A province-wide run of record prices and record-tight supply means Prince Albert homeowners are renewing into a very different picture than at their last term, right as roughly 1.15 million Canadian mortgages come up for renewal nationally in 2026. Local brokers need fulfillment capacity that keeps pace with a demand-driven market and a systematic way to reach their own renewing clients before a big bank calls first.
