Is it safe to let AI draft a safety or compliance filing?+

AI can assemble a first draft from your field data, but every filing is reviewed and signed off by a qualified person before it goes to a regulator or client. The tool never submits anything on its own.

Will AI replace our dispatcher or estimator?+

No credible use case does. AI handles the repetitive assembly and scheduling work; the judgment calls — who goes where, what a job is worth — stay with your people.

What happens if a field ticket is captured wrong?+

The same review step that exists today doesn’t go away — a supervisor still checks the ticket before it becomes an invoice. AI just removes the re-keying in between.

Do we need new hardware for our crews?+

Usually not. Most field-ticket capture works from a phone or tablet your crew already carries, sitting on top of the field-service software you already use.

How long does a first pilot realistically take?+
